Introduction of Minami Aoyama Toriyako's yakitori menu!

Introduction of Minami Aoyama Toriyako's yakitori menu!

The name of this yakitori is called "Chochin."

Chochin" is a yakitori skewer that combines "string," a rare part of the chicken that can only be obtained from a few adult female chickens, and "kinkan," which is a kind of "kumquat" that is hooked onto the end of the skewer and hangs down.

The name "chochin" comes from the way the kumquat dangles from the end of the skewer when you hold the yakitori skewer, which resembles an old-fashioned lantern, as it looks.

The taste is a pleasure to enjoy after eating!

It is not always available because it is a rare part of the dish, but we can offer it as an a la carte menu when it is available.

We look forward to welcoming you to Minami Aoyama Toriyayako, Omotesando's yakitori restaurant.
